Šibiba oil Cubi!

Days of Olive Zadar 2010: Šibiba oil, two gold medals

Organized by the Association of Food Technologists, biotechnologists and nutritionists Zadar County in Zadar on 5 and 6 held in March twelfth Days of olives.

The event, among other activities, conducted the evaluation of oil and professionally. Assessors were Association of sensory analyst Ole where the Commission had to assess the pattern 331. Participants were given the results of chemical analysis and graphical diagram organoleptic analysis, valuable information that can be used by producers.

Šibiba Oil won two gold medals (Pini and Classic) won the fourth and fifth place. Champion of the exhibition is the famous Olive Vodnjan Livio Belci.
